Attallah Shabazz, Malcolm X's daughter, is a writer, diplomat, and producer. She has spent over four decades providing keynote addresses, developing curriculums, diplomatic networks, service organizations globally, and more to motivate and encourage young students to value the appreciation of diverse cultural engagement, human rights, and genuine respect for one another.

The lecture kicks off the EC Classic Weekend which includes a campus tour on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. Prospective students and guardians interested in learning more about our campus and admission requirements are welcome to meet Ambassador Shabazz before the tour begins.

We welcome the public on Saturday at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. for back-to-back women’s and men’s basketball games versus Barry University. Tailgate festivities take place before tip-off.
