- **Event Description**: Soulful Journeys is a transformational 5-part workshop series designed to support emotional healing, self-discovery, and personal growth through guided meditation, expressive arts, movement, breath work, and community connection.
Inspired by the wisdom of the Andean Medicine Wheel, or Chakana, this immersive experience invites participants to gently explore emotional patterns, life transitions, grief, creativity, and inner transformation within a supportive and ceremonial space.
Each session combines visualization, journaling, movement, sound, reflection, and creative expression to help participants reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way.

Together we will:
-Explore guided inner journeys and meditation
-Use creativity as a tool for healing and self-expression
-Connect with the body through movement and breath
-Reflect on emotional patterns and life experiences
-Cultivate greater clarity, awareness, and emotional ease
-Experience the support and connection of healing in community

No artistic experience is necessary — only openness, curiosity and a desire to work on with what is limiting you to manifest your greatest potential.

Course Structure
This workshop consists of five sequential modules designed to build upon one another. Because of the cumulative nature of the experience, participants are encouraged to attend all sessions.
Each session is approximately two hours and includes guided facilitation, experiential practices, reflection, and integration.

Participants will also receive:
-A pre-course reflection assignment
-Access to a private online community space for optional sharing and integration
-Suggested journaling and reflection practices between sessions
