We’ll begin with Hatha yoga, moving slowly and intentionally with the breath to awaken prana (life force), build inner strength, and create space within the body. This gentle activation prepares the physical and energetic body to receive.

From there, we’ll soften into Yin yoga, where longer-held, supported postures invite us into stillness and deep listening. Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice gently stimulates the body’s meridian lines—supporting the natural flow of energy (Qi) through pathways connected to our organs and emotional landscape.

As we move through these subtle channels, we begin to clear stagnation, restore balance, and reconnect to the quiet intelligence within. This is a practice of not doing, but allowing… of softening into who you already are.
