If you’ve ever wondered why “normal” systems don’t seem to work for you… you’re not alone.

This small group coaching space is designed for ADHD & AuDHD women who are tired of feeling like they’re doing life “wrong.” It’s a place to connect, share, and explore the way your brain actually works — with people who get it.

Think: honest conversations, “wait… you do that too?” moments, and a little more self-understanding (and self-compassion) along the way.

What to Expect
Guided group coaching and open, real conversations
Exploring common ADHD/AuDHD struggles (and strengths)
A supportive, low-pressure, judgment-free space
Connection with other women who just get it
A confidential and respectful group environment

Details
$25 per session
Each session is 75 minutes
Limited to 10 participants
Join one or multiple sessions

About the Facilitator
Elena Torres Biset of Creative Coaching is an ADHD/AuDHD coach with over 320 hours of training — and she gets it on a personal level, too. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, mom, and grandma to neurodivergent girls, she’s passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, understood, and supported.

Please Note: This group is for adult women who identify as neurodivergent (diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or exploring). Full confidentiality is expected within the group.
