Ready to flip your perspective? Join us for this 90-minute workshop-style intensive designed to take your practice off your feet and onto your hands, forearms, and head.
Inversions can be intimidating, but they are also some of the most empowering and playful elements of yoga. This session moves beyond the "hop and hope" method, focusing instead on the architectural alignment, core integration, and mental focus required to stay balanced while upside down.

What to Expect:
We’ve extended the clock to 90 minutes so we can truly dive deep. The class is structured into three distinct phases:
The Blueprint (30 mins): A targeted, high-energy flow to heat the body. We’ll focus on shoulder stability, wrist mobility, and "hollow body" core conditioning—the essential ingredients for a solid foundation.
The Lab (45 mins): This is where we break things down. Using the wall, blocks, and partner spotting, we will workshop Headstand (Sirsasana), Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana), and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) along with an assortment of other arm balances.
The Descent (15 mins): A cooling sequence of counter-stretches for the neck and shoulders, followed by a restorative Savasana to let the nervous system integrate the work.

Is this for me?
While some yoga experience is recommended, you do not need to be able to hold a handstand to attend. This class is for:
Intermediate students looking to refine their technique.
Adventurous beginners who want to learn the proper drills to build strength.
Anyone looking to conquer the fear of falling and find more playfulness on the mat.

Note: Please bring a towel and a water bottle. We recommend practicing on a relatively empty stomach!
