PTA General Body Meeting

Hello Dolphin Families,

We hope you will join us for our next PTA General Body Meeting on Tuesday, March 3 at 5:30 PM in the Multipurpose Room.

After hearing feedback that morning meetings are difficult for many families to attend, we are working to shift more of our general body meetings into the evening so that more parents and caregivers have the opportunity to participate and stay involved in what’s happening at our school. Committee and Leadership meetings will remain in the mornings.

This upcoming meeting will be an important one. Members will be asked to vote on:

• Several proposed budget adjustments

• A bylaws change

• Funding request to support a school-wide training initiative

Please note: For evening meetings, children cannot remain on campus. Providing supervision would require additional security and added costs, so we appreciate your help in arranging childcare ahead of time

Your voice matters, and we truly value your input as we make decisions that support our students, staff, and school community.
