Trip Rules:

• Age Requirement: Minimum age requirement is 18+ years (valid ID may be requested).
• Physical Fitness: Participants must be physically fit to undertake adventure activities.
• Safety: Participants must follow safety instructions provided by the resort staff and the VibeHub team at all times.
• Conduct: VibeHub reserves the right to deny participation if a guest is found to be unfit or under the influence of prohibited substances.
• Prohibited Items: Alcohol or prohibited substances are strictly not allowed during the trip.

Terms & Conditions:

• Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Payments: Payments are non-refundable.
• Slot Transfer: Participants may transfer their slot to another person, but prior intimation is required.
• Pricing: Prices are per person and are inclusive of travel, meals, and 2 complimentary adventure activities as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Additional Charges: Outdoor and adventure activities (beyond the 2 complimentary ones) are not included and will be chargeable separately. Participants can pay the resort directly (charges may go up to ₹499 per activity).
• Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, resort rules, or unforeseen operational conditions.
