Join poet, writer, mindfulness teacher Simon J Keenan for a gentle exploration of connection through poetry, breath, and creative presence. Through writing prompts, meditative practices, and shared conversation, you'll explore your relationship with words. This is a space to slow down and tune in. No poetry experience needed, just an openness to see where the words take you.
