Sound, Voice & Healing Workshop with Prof. Derek Barnes (Facilitator Kim Pilkington)Join us on Sunday 16 November for a deep and restorative sound journey with Derek Barnes, facilitated alongside Kim Pilkington.

Using voice, rhythm and vibration, Derek creates an immersive soundscape that supports relaxation, insight and connection. Participants are guided to explore how sound can release tension, quieten the mind and awaken new states of awareness.

No prior experience is required, just an openness to receive and explore. The workshop will include gentle practices, opportunities for reflection, and shared discussion in a supportive environment. Many people find the experience both grounding and uplifting, leaving them with tools they can integrate into daily life.
