Through soothing vibrations and mindful intention, we’ll create a safe space for healing old wounds and rediscovering joy. Children are welcome to attend to add to the spirit of the evening, and I invite you to bring a photo of yourself as a child—one that makes you smile—and perhaps a small gift, like a teddy or toy, that your inner child would love. Allow the sounds to guide you back to that place of innocence, playfulness, and self-compassion. The soothing sounds of the gong wash over you, connecting you deeply to your Highest Self, releasing tension and promoting a sense of calm and well-being. I have been playing this incredible instrument for over 10 years and it never ceases to amaze me.This is a unique and therapeutic experience that will leave you feeling revitalized and restored.
