Heal Your Inner Child Gong Bath

This is a special session with a strong intention....a gentle sound healing session designed to help you reconnect with and nurture your inner child. Through soothing vibrations and mindful intention, we’ll create a safe space for healing old wounds and rediscovering joy. Children are welcome to attend to add to the spirit of the evening, and I invite you to bring a photo of yourself as a child—one that makes you smile—and perhaps a small gift, like a teddy or toy, that your inner child would love. Allow the sounds to guide you back to that place of innocence, playfulness, and self-compassion.

The soothing sounds of the gong wash over you, connecting you deeply to your Highest Self, releasing tension and promoting a sense of calm and well-being. I have been playing this incredible instrument for over 10 years and it never ceases to amaze me.

You will be able to access the centre from 6.20 for a prompt 6.30 start. Please arrive on time as latecomers will may be permitted once the sound healing has started.

Info: A thick yoga mat or single camping roll mat, eye mask, water flask and warm clothes and a warm blanket. A small pillow or cushion to support your head/knees is optional but recommended.
