- **Event Description**: Join us for Guildford Action Sleep Out, where we'll spend a night outdoors to raise awareness and funds for those experiencing homelessnessAbout this EventPeople who sleep rough, because of their lack of secure accommodation and often co-existing health issues or other vulnerabilities, represent one of the most disadvantaged groups in society.With around 2 deaths per day, rough sleeping is rising and the risks increasing.Many people on the streets have trauma and have experienced loss, and abuse and often find street living more bearable than what we see as the 'norm'. Everyone can heal and everyone can and should have a life that enables them to flourish.We need you to help us continue to offer support to those who need it most.If you are a business or individual we would love you to be part of our Sleep Out team.
