As the week comes to a close, take this time to pause, breathe, and unwind in a tranquil environment. Nestled in nature, this peaceful studio provides the perfect setting to let go of tension and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments.

Allow yourself to drift into a state of deep relaxation as the harmonious sounds wash over you. A perfect way to end your week feeling calm, balanced, and restored.

Spaces are limited, so book your place now and give yourself the gift of deep rest.

What to Expect:
✨ A welcoming and calming space to rest and recharge

✨ Gentle breathing and relaxation to settle the mind and body

✨ A beautifully immersive sound bath to promote deep rest and wellbeing

✨ A moment of stillness, allowing the body to enter a meditative state

✨ Organic herbal tea to take home and ease you back into your evening

Arrival Information:

The studio doors will open at 7:00pm, and you're welcome to arrive any time between 7:00pm and 7:10pm to settle into your space. If you happen to arrive a little earlier, we kindly ask that you wait outside or in your car until the space is ready. This helps us maintain a calm and welcoming environment as we prepare the studio for the session - thank you for your understanding.

Please note that Kilnhanger is a shoe-free space, so we kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the studio.

The session will begin promptly at 7:15pm, and to preserve a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, late entry won’t be possible.

What to bring:

- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on
- A pillow
- Blanket(s)
- Drinking water
- Optional: an eye mask and an extra cushion/pillow for under your legs
- A journal if you’d like to write down thoughts before or after the session
- Anything else you need to stay cosy, comfortable and warm
(yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are also available to borrow at the studio)
