Join us for the 4th Annual Guernsey Christmas Tractor Run on Saturday 13th December 2025 in aid of local charity “Ernie’s Angels”.
 
INFORMATION:
Please note the Tractor Run is restricted to “Tractors only” and the Tractors need to be able to travel at a minimum of 12mph to take part, and all drivers need to be competent to drive on the public highway.
Working lights are also a requirement.
 
Those wishing to take part need to complete the below declaration and return before the deadline of 10th December. (Forms can be sent via Facebook Messenger to the Guernsey Christmas Tractor Run Page or hard copies are available at either RH Gaudion (Animal Feed Department) or The Venture Garage. (They can also be returned there with your cash payment).
 
Please also ensure your £10 to the charity is paid in order to take part. Please either pay at the Giving.gg page https://giving.gg/donate/event/10021/Guernsey-XMas-Tractor-Run-2025 and quote your name, alternatively £10 cash can be left with this form at the above locations.
 
WITHOUT COMPLETION OF THIS DECLARATION FORM AND PAYMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE PART IN THIS RUN – DEADLINE OF 10TH DECEMBER 2025 FOR REGISTRATION!
 
Venue:                 Beaucamp School
Arrival:               Tractors to arrive between 4.30pm and 5pm for a prompt departure at 6.15pm      
                               (Extended time of 5.30pm ‘ONLY’ for anyone still working on the farms)
Public to arrive from 5.15pm (NOT BEFORE) to view the Tractors
 
BEST DECORATED TRACTOR & BEST DRESSED TRACTOR DRIVER:
Tractor drivers will be invited to take part in our ‘Best Decorated Tractor’ and ‘Best Dressed Tractor Driver’ competitions, which will be judged by the Charity before we leave on the run.
 
RULES:
It is really important that everyone abides by these rules otherwise you will not be able to take part. 
Tractors must fully comply with all statutory road regulations and legislations.
Tractors must have appropriate insurance covering their use and The Highway Code must be obeyed at all times.
Tractor drivers must have the necessary license to be legally allowed to drive.
All drivers must make sure their passengers and trailers are safe at all times.
All lights and decorations must be securely fastened.
No emergency sirens allowed (this is to ensure all drivers can hear any emergency vehicles approaching).
All drivers must keep up with the parade and if at any time a Tractor is holding back the parade in anyway, they must pull over safely and let the parade pass and keep the parade moving together to not have large gaps.
