Silent Saturday

SATURDAY 8 NOVEMBER AND SATURDAY 13 DECEMBER
Let go of baggage and discover fresh insights as you tap into your pure potential. Lighten your load and brighten your life.

The course consists of 3 sessions with simple guided meditations, and a brief teaching in each session. Between sessions there are silent breaks for refreshments and contemplations. At the end of the course, there is time for Q&A and discussion.

No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
