Each class consists of a 10-minute guided meditation followed a 10-minute teaching on Buddhist wisdom to contemplate and 10 minutes for contemplation and meditation. 

This condensed class is a wonderful opportunity to spend a meaningful lunch break.

The classes are all drop-in; there is no need to pre-register. Each class is a stand-alone class; it is not necessary to attend all the classes to receive the benefits of the meditations and teachings.
