About this Event

Building Your Top Line Through Belonging is a hands-on workshop for small and medium-sized employers who are struggling to find and keep good people.

Designed for businesses without formal HR support, this session focuses on practical, cost-effective strategies that help employees stay, even when you can’t compete on salary alone.

Facilitated by: Curt Hammond and ` from Four Simple Words

Through real examples, peer discussion, and guided exercises, you’ll learn how belonging and mattering impact recruitment, onboarding, and retention, especially in increasingly diverse workplaces.
