Wednesday, August 26, 7 pm (adult roles)
Sunday, August 30, 1 pm (adult and children’s roles) 
Sunday, August 30 4 pm (adult roles) 
Note: Sunday at 1pm is not LIMITED to children's roles

Synopsis: It is Christmas eve, 1843, in the study of Charles Dickens. He has been given the seemingly impossible task by his miserly publisher, Mr. Hall, to have a new manuscript ready for publication by morning... and it must be a book that Mr. Hall will deem "profitable". If Dickens fails, it could mean a return to debtors prison for himself and all his family. 

Will Dickens be able to overcome his long bout of writers block? Where will he find the inspiration to write a novel that will not only please his money-hungry publisher but also sustain Dickens legacy "in the minds of thinking men"?

Based on true events, this play humorously depicts the struggles of Charles Dickens with writers block and financial insecurity that spur him on to write "A Christmas Carol". A family-friendly re-telling of the classic tale complete with Christmas Carols, a choir, ghosts, Victorian dance, and even pirates.
