Crafts for Mind, Body & Soul

Join us monthly for our new Mind, Body & Soul Craft Series. When you flex your creative muscles, focus intensifies, attention shifts, and imagination expands. Time passes at a different pace. Your breathing and heart-rates slow down. Hours whiz by like seconds. And a blissful sense of wellbeing overtakes you in the flow state.

Much like Yoga and meditation, artistic projects involve mindfulness and can positively impact your physical and emotional body.

All supplies are provided for each class and projects differ monthly. Only 15 seats are available at Barrels & Boards for the reduced Mind, Body & Soul-Series-Price. Cash bar and menu items available. This is a kid-friendly class and awesome for home schooling. See you there!
