• Paper and email registrations will not be accepted.
• Please submit the form only once. Duplicate entries will be removed.
• Regarding direct market companies: We welcome your business but we only accept one of each trademarked company in our show. At this time we are no longer accepting applications for the following companies: Jordan Essentials
