Author Sally Wenczel
Explore the world of a natural shoreline populated by lush foliage and colorful flowers from the Great Lakes Region in Sally Wenczel’s third children’s book, Professor Buttonbush and the Shoreline Rescue. Sally’s books center on environmental education with a focus on native plants, rain gardens and shoreline health. She uses a range of mediums including watercolors, colored pencils and needlepoint ink pens for her vibrant illustrations. Sally owes a debt of gratitude to the wonderful environmental organizations, libraries and bookshops throughout Michigan who have embraced her work.
