About the event

Grand Reopening 2026
The miniature railway reopens for the 2026 running season on Good Friday. A brief speech by the Chairman and a ceremonial train traditionally hauling the Town Mayor precedes regular train running until 5pm.
A mixture of Steam and Diesel locomotives are scheduled to make an appearance.
