Saxofonist Efraïm Trujillo is een Edisonwinnaar met The Preacher Men.

Trujillo excelleert, Veneman uitzonderlijk getalenteerd.” – Jazzenzo

“A labour of love , grandioze solo-opbouw, ze laten elkaar schitteren…” – Jazzflits

“Uitgebalanceerde composities, spannend samenspel, voelbaar en hoorbaar spelplezier.” – Jazzism

– JazzRadar

Martini Grey consists of five musicians from the top of the Dutch jazz scene. In Brouwerij Martinus they will take us on a musical journey, from being born and growing up in small villages in the north to studying and working in cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo.

Martini Grey’s original compositions blend the energetic atmosphere of the metropolis with deep roots in the countryside. This is clearly evident on their recent album Country City. Together with the band we will return from Brouwerij Martinus to our own roots, whether in the countryside or elsewhere, in a swinging way.

The members of Martini Grey have each made a name for themselves in Dutch jazz. Saxophonist Efraïm Trujillo is an Edison Award winner with The Preacher Men.
