Join me for a deeply restorative sound bath designed to refresh your mind, calm your spirit, and align your energy. This experience begins with a gentle guided meditation and breathing exercises to help you release tension and ease into the present moment. As you settle in, soothing sound vibrations will envelop you. From the pure, harmonious tones of my Crystal Quartz sound bowls to the ethereal melodies of koshi chimes, the rhythmic pulse of the ocean drum, and the calming flow of water chimes, this immersive soundscape will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and serenity.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat (required) for your comfort during the session.
Optional: A blanket and pillow for extra coziness (as sound meditation can lower blood pressure and may leave you feeling a little cool).
Anything else that enhances your relaxation—such as a water bottle, a journal, or your favorite comfort item.
No experience is necessary—you are warmly welcomed just as you are, ready to relax and receive.
