It is the perfect location for walking and outdoor activities or simply relax and lose yourself amongst the breath-taking views. There are also several quaint towns and villages to explore. At the heart lies Lake Windermere, England’s largest lake stretching from Ambleside to Newby Bridge. The magnificent scenery has inspired the works of many artists, writers and poets including William Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter.

Excursions Included - On one day we visit Grasmere & Bowness. On another day we take a Cruise and a train ride around Lake Windermere. Kewsick.
