A calming, soothing and relaxing 60 minute class with a beautiful backdrop of soft, festive choir carols with the full class by candlelight.

Sunday 14th & 21st December at 4pm

A perfect way to de-stress, take that time for yourself and find a slower pace through this season. This slow and soft class will support you flowing with the seasons and cosmic energy too which is reinforcing that it is time to slow and turn our focus inward. When we flow with these energies rather than resist, life is more easeful in all ways and will set us up for a more fruitful and aligned new year.
