A copy of the report can be found on the Council’s website: https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/meetings/special-portfolio-holder-for-housing-infrastructure-and-transport-3/ and details of the proposed project and associated plan can be found in Appendix A & B of this letter.During the meeting, the Portfolio Holder, Cllr Stewart Swinburn, deferred the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders to allow for further public engagement to take place with residents and business owners.The Council will be holding two drop-in sessions at the YMCA which residents and businesses are welcome to attend. During the drop in sessions Council Officers will provide further information relating to the proposed bus lane on Cleethorpe Road, and there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and comment on the proposal.
