The Griffith Business Playbook is a free business resilience workshop series delivered in collaboration between Griffith City Council, Griffith Business Chamber and Griffith Women in Business and created to help local businesses build confidence capability and long-term resilience.
Developed in direct response to the Griffith Business Survey, this series focuses on the skills business owners told us they need most to remain sustainable and competitive in today’s environment. Each chapter is designed to stand alone while also forming part of a complete practical business toolkit.
Chapter 1 - Brand as a Business Asset
Your brand is more than a logo. It is how people experience your business every day.
This workshop helps business owners strengthen brand clarity so they can confidently represent their work in person in community and online.

About the full series
The Griffith Business Playbook continues with two highly requested topics identified through the Griffith Business Survey. Chapter 2 focuses on customer service equipping business owners with practical strategies to deliver consistent positive experiences that build loyalty reputation and repeat business. Chapter 3 supports business owners to better understand their financials breaking down key reports in plain language to build confidence around cash flow performance and informed decision making. These chapters build on the foundation of Chapter 1 and support business owners to strengthen everyday operations across their business.
