Join us as we explore the various cuisines of Griffith throughout the year.
To kick things off, it's Gnocchi! A staple of Griffith cuisine some would say. A celebrated and loved Italian dish you find on many menus within our local restaurants.
10am: Meet the Bella Vita bus @ Griffith Visitors Centre
10:30am: Yarran Wines Tasting
Grab your favourite vino to enjoy later with lunch!
11:30am: Gnocchi Masterclass
Learn the art of making this favourite Italian dish. Bellissimo!
12:30: Long Table Lunch
Gnocchi with ragu and gorgonzola sauces, salad and something sweet!
2:30: Transport back to Griffith Visitors Centre
Inclusions: Pick up and return from Griffith Visitors Centre, wine tasting experience at Yarran Wines, gnocchi masterclass, long leisurely lunch, BYO drinks, a great time!
