Love Thyself Workshop : Post Valentine’s Day Addition!

Women’s only empowerment workshop focusing on embracing self-love, being present in the moment, and cultivating self-acceptance. We’ll explore the journey to becoming one's best self and reaching one’s highest potential, through the incorporation of meditation, sound bath, music, essential oils, light temple and neck massages, breath work, gentle stretching, visualization, sharing circle and journaling.
