In a world that celebrates hustle, constant productivity, and always doing more, Scripture offers a different invitation.

Selah is a two-day women's retreat designed to help you pause, breathe, and abide in God's presence.

Together, we'll explore what biblical self-care truly means—not as an escape from life, but as a way of drawing closer to Christ so we can faithfully return to the people and responsibilities He's entrusted to us.

Friday evening begins with a beautiful dinner and a teaching from Johnna Johnson, PA-C, on a biblical approach to self-care, stress, and abiding with God during difficult seasons.

On Saturday, we'll slow down and put those principles into practice through intentional experiences including quiet reflection, Scripture, meaningful conversation, journaling, gentle moments of creativity, nourishing food, and unhurried time in God's presence.

Throughout the day, you'll have opportunities to embrace slower rhythms through intentional experiences designed to restore your mind, body, and spirit. Optional wellness services, including massage, will also be available to book separately for those who wish to further their day of renewal.

This is not a conference.
It is not a spa retreat.
It is not an escape from your life.

It is an invitation to pause... to abide... and to return home rested, encouraged, and equipped to faithfully re-enter the life God has called you to.

Whether you're carrying grief, stress, burnout, anxiety, or simply the weight of everyday life, Selah offers space to breathe deeply, reconnect with God, and rediscover the peace found in His presence.
