Canning Sliced Peaches Class 🍑
Join us for a hands-on session where we’ll preserve fresh peaches in a simple syrup using science-based canning methods. You’ll learn how sugar, acidity, and heat work together to keep peaches safe, flavorful, and beautifully textured in every jar. We’ll guide you through proper peeling, slicing, filling, and water-bath and steam canning processing, explaining why each step matters so you can confidently replicate it at home.
