We invite you to take some time for yourself.
To Gift Yourself a weekend break to Rest, Recharge and Reconnect.  

To be nourished with wholesome, delicious, homemade food (that’s right NO cooking!!)
To reconnect to body, mind and heart with Cacao, Yoga and Dance.
Recharge with Breathwork and Cold Water Therapy.
Find time to be more mindful with Mandala Art.
Rest and bliss out with a luxurious massage or detox at the sauna.

All this is to be enjoyed in the beautiful setting of Punakaiki.
This scenic retreat is just metres from mountains, rivers, bush and sea.  And the sunsets are to die for!!

Our accommodation for this 2 night retreat will be in Takutai House, at Hydrangea Cottages, Punakaiki.
The accommodation is a tiered choice, depending on your current needs and wants.
