Mondays are for fresh starts, stretching out, and tuning in. Join me each week for a gentle yoga class where we weave together relaxation, meditation, breathwork, and movement.
We’ll start by gently warming the body, then explore postures that help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are always offered—whether you’re brand new, working through a niggle or two, or wanting to deepen your practice. Along the way, I share a little yogic philosophy and wisdom, so no class ever feels quite the same.
To finish, sink into stillness with a soothing sound healing—letting the vibrations carry you into deep rest.

(Cancellations less than 1 hour before class will be charged the full fee.)
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle if you have them—though spare mats, bolsters, cushions, blocks, and blankets are here if you need. Wear something comfy that you can move and relax in. If eating before, please eat lightly and leave at least 1 hours break for your food to digest.
Classes are held in our purpose-built sanctuary in the EVOLve studio at the back of Greenstone Retreat. Step out of the busyness of town and into your own local retreat space.

About Kate
After trying many types of fitness classes and activities including training as a personal trainer and sports therapist, my own personal yoga journey began nearly 20 years ago. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 and my own strong personal practice keeps me inspired to keep sharing, and I love weaving what I’ve learned into every class. Along the way, I’ve completed further training in Yin Yoga, sound healing, and breathwork, as well as my Level 2 yoga teacher training. For me, yoga is more than just postures—it’s a way to reconnect body, mind, and spirit, and I feel honoured to share that journey with you.
Multi-class passes are available if you’d like to make this a regular part of your week.
