You’ll move through a combination of strength and cardio exercises with plenty of options to meet you where you are. All fitness levels are welcome, and no running experience is necessary.  

While the workout is completely free, participants are encouraged to bring donations for Heartland Hope Mission in Omaha to help support local families in need. Most needed items are pasta, canned pasta sauce, canned fruits & vegetables, and peanut butter.

A yoga mat (if you have one)
