1st Course: STRAWBERRY BRUSCHETTA - Toasted baguette crowned with ricotta cheese and macerated strawberries, fresh basil, and a glossy balsamic finish.  DAOU Rosé.

2nd Course: CRISPY CALAMARI atop BED OF SPINACH - Lightly breaded, golden‑fried calamari over fresh spinach leaves tossed with a charred lemon vinaigrette.  DAOU Sauvignon Blanc.

3rd Course: THE DIANE MAC - Elbow pasta tossed in a melty three-cheese bechamel adorned with steak tips and silky brandy‑Dijon “Diane” sauce. DAOU Pinot Noir.

4th Course: ROASTED PRIME RIB - Standing rib roast with bacon-wrapped asparagus alongside house-made tangy creamed horseradish sauce. DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon.

5th Course: Berry Coulis with Brie on Flourless Chocolate Cake -
DAOU Soul of the Lion, Cabernet Sauvignon.
