Ecstatic Yoga

Shaunna will lead you through a gentle warm-up yoga practice, bringing you into standing movements.

Once standing, we will explore more traditional yoga movements, as well as movements from practices such as tai chi. Then we will begin to tie in light dance movements guided by the teacher.

Then the music will turn on, and the talking will be minimal for 20 minutes. We will dance our hearts out! Then we will enjoy a Savasana at the end of practice, with a lavender towel on our foreheads, and a short sound healing!
