Breath & Sound Medicine

This Workshop is designed to return you to your Highest Self!

Katrina will lead you through pranayama (breath practice) and into an extended savasana, bathing you in the sounds of singing bowls and a gong. Moving your brain waves from Beta (high energy waves associated with stress, anxiety, and worry) to Theta (between awake and asleep, subconscious mind, deep relaxation, and inner peace).
