You are invited to a soulful and empowering Wellness Summit centered on herbal tea wellness and intentional self-care. This free in-person experience is designed to help women slow down, sip mindfully, and reconnect with their bodies through the healing traditions of herbal teas.
Join us for an afternoon of education, relaxation, and connection led by featured guest Elaine Miller, Herbalist and owner of Herbal Essentials and Ease Essentials Bath and Body. Elaine will guide attendees through the foundations of herbal tea wellness, sharing how intentional tea rituals can support balance, nourishment, and everyday well-being.
This gathering offers a warm and welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and experience tea as more than a beverage but as a wellness practice.
