Hour One — Sacred Rage — We begin with embodied movement to access and express anger that the body has been holding, often for years. This is somatic anger work: shaking, stomping, sounding, pushing — whatever your body needs to move stuck energy safely and with support. No prior experience needed. This is a judgment-free space to reclaim rage as sacred life force, not something to suppress. Many women report feeling lighter, and more joyful after this experience. We don’t scream into a void or break anything :) 

Hour Two — Hip Opening — We slow down and move into deep hip release work. The hips are where we often carry grief, fear, and old anger long after the mind has "moved on." Through gentle, sustained stretches and supported poses, we'll create space for what's ready to soften and release.
We'll close together in stillness with live sound bowls, allowing everything that moved through you to settle and integrate.
What to bring: a yoga mat and a pillow or cushion for hip support
Who it's for: anyone curious about emotional release through the body — no yoga or movement experience required
