Navigating Grief and Loss

This 6-week grief and loss support class, facilitated by Janet Bell, M.Ed., LPC, offers a compassionate and supportive space for individuals coping with the loss of a loved one or significant life change. Guided by Janet's clinical expertise and gentle approach, participants will explore the many dimensions of grief, learn healthy coping and self-care strategies and gain insight into the emotional, physical and social impacts of loss.

Each session provides the opportunity for reflection, discussion and connection with others who understand the grief journey. Participants are encouraged to share at their own comfort level. This class is open to anyone seeking understanding, support and tools to navigate grief.
