Belly Dance Floor Work: Jan-Feb.

Learn the basics of belly dance floorwork in an 8-week series.

Building on a foundation of yoga, Pilates, and strength training, this class will guide you through floor work technique and concepts.

You will need knee pads and a yoga mat for this class and some dance experience.
