What is Soulcation?
We have a vision of creating a reprieve for like minded women focused on expansion and finding inner peace.
Over the years, we have watched Soulcation create a life of its own. An ever expanding circle of sisterhood has formed as well as the remembering that we are never alone! Neither are you ♥
Join soul sisters Michelle Vroegh of Starlight Energy Healing, and Chelsea Brewster of Dreamweavers Wellness, for a weekend of complete FREEDOM, and space to just be.
The weekend is very laid back, we encourage you to surrender to what your soul is calling out for; Whether that be a walk on the beach, journaling, meditation, dancing, singing, etc. There is a gentle schedule but no pressure to attend. Just be.
A Soulcation Retreat weekend looks a little something like this:
Friday
-Arrival around 6pm to find your room and get situated followed by a walk across the street to the stunning white sand beaches of Summerville Centre, Nova Scotia.
-Snacks and opening circle
Saturday
8am- Breakfast
10am - Morning stretch
1230pm- lunch
130pm-630pm Individual healing session with Wellness Practitioner
Free time to journal, reflect, socialize, wander the beach, whatever you feel a pull towards.
630pm- Supper
🪶Evening of freedom and flow
Sunday
8am- Morning meditation on the beach
9am- Breakfast
10am-Closing circle
