Tai Chi in the Park - Free Class

We’re excited to announce that our next round of Tai Chi classes at Young Wellness is kicking off soon — in a workshop format to deepen your practice and expand your understanding of this powerful mind-body art!

We’ll start with a FREE Tai Chi in the Park class on:
​Saturday, January 3rd at 9:00 AM​
​West Cambridge Park, Greenwood, SC

This will be a gentle, beginner-friendly class surrounded by the beauty of nature — a perfect way to start the new year and reconnect with the flow of Tai Chi.
