This cozy evening is still the first chance for many little ones to see Santa, and the Museum’s warm, festive atmosphere adds a new layer of charm to this cherished tradition.
Saturday, December 6
The Arts Center will be bustling with festive fun as it hosts Photos with Santa and, new this year, Crafts with Mrs. Claus. Families who’ve made a tradition out of holiday photos will once again find that perfect backdrop and joyful atmosphere, while the hands-on craft time with Mrs. Claus will feel right at home in the creative spirit of the Art Center.
As evening falls, head to the Uptown Fountain for the Tree Lighting Ceremony—a brief, beautiful moment that signals the season is truly here. This magical tradition brings neighbors and families together to share in the glow of the holidays.
Sunday, December 7
The weekend concludes with the always-anticipated Christmas Parade, themed this year “Christmas Through the Colonies.” Come enjoy the festive floats, music, and community spirit that make this one of the most joyful celebrations of the year.
