Harmonic Haven: An Autumn Sound Bath

As the trees turn golden and the air begins to hush, we invite you into a sanctuary of sound and stillness. Harmonic Haven is a 60-minute immersive sound bath designed to gently unwind the nervous system and awaken your inner quiet. Led by Callie Adams of Internally Zen, this experience blends poetic presence with grounded care—offering a moment to simply be.

Surrounded by the vibrant tones of rainbow crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into deep rest through vibration, breath, and intentional space-holding. Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to the practice, this session meets you where you are—with warmth, humility, and resonance.
