Our program presenters, Jan Rushton, Director of Health and Wellness, and Sunni Carwile, Wellness Coordinator at the Greenwood YMCA, will introduce us to the Rock Steady Boxing Program, designed to benefit those living with Parkinson’s Disease. We’ll also learn about the many other wellness opportunities the Y offers to strengthen our community.

GWC is proud to have been among the first funders to support Rock Steady Boxing, and several of our members already share a personal connection to this program - either as participants or through their loved ones.

Attendees are encouraged to come in their “play clothes” and take part in a fun Rock Steady demonstration!
