PHOTO RELEASE. I agree to grant to MOA and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote MOA, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.5. FEES. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Museum of Outdoor Arts caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.6. APPLICABLE LAW. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Colorado law.7. NO DURESS. I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing.
