“Slowing Down on Purpose"
Ever feel as if you are on a treadmill and getting nowhere fast? Join a group of St. Timothy's mental health and wellness professionals during Lent as they share contemplative practices from a variety of traditions all focused on slowing down and caring for the mind, body, and soul.
