Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at864-250-0091What to Expect:The Sushi classes are taught by Chef Ken Ivie, owner of Sushi Hana. This cooking class is a hands-on class and you will be working at your own station. Chef will begin the class with an introduction to sushi and the history behind it. Chef will go review how to make sushi rice but the rice will be prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. You will be making 3 rolls and will sample some saki. Come together with friends, a date, or just treat yourself to a fun night out! Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) Two glasses of wine will be served with your meal along with tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
