- **Event Description**: Ronald David French (Ronny) went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2025. He was born on November 1, 1975.

Ronny wasn’t afraid to try new jobs, embracing each opportunity with his own unique spirit.  Over the years he wore many hats and he wore them proudly.  He was an electrician who could bring light into any room, a cook who poured love into every meal he prepared, a sign installer who left his mark across Eastern North Carolina, and a satellite TV technician who could fix just about anything with patience and a smile. No matter the task, he approached every job with skill and a genuine desire to make life easier for others.

From the earliest days Ronny understood that humor is its own kind of love language.  A well timed quip, a harmless prank, or a grin that said “just wait…” was how Ronny stitched us all a little closer together.  His laughter could rewrite the mood of an entire room; his playful spirit reminded even the most serious among us that life is far too short not to be enjoyed. 

He was predeceased by his Mother, Christine Jean Adams.
Left to cherish his memory are his Daughter Kaylee Savannah French whom he adored deeply and his love for her will forever remain a guiding force in her life.
Father, Brent French (Maria), His sister, Nichole Rose who lovingly looked after him for many years, even when they drove each other crazy.  Nephew Bret Barrett who took care of him with a devotion that went far beyond duty, offering comfort, love, and loyalty until the very end.
Sister, Paula Gencarelli (Mike) and their children. Many Uncles, Aunts and so many cousins that meant so much to him.

A heartfelt thank-you to his cousin, Lynda Matthews, whose lifelong support, compassion, and care brought him comfort and joy.

Among those who will miss him deeply are his best friends, Ben Bendele and Charles Bolin whose bond with him was truly that of brothers.  Also, Jaime Baber whose bond was also truly that of another sister.

We will be having a floating celebration of life for him on December 13 from 11:30 -2:30 at The Barn.  400 St. Andrews Dr. Greenville NC 27834. Please come just as you are. There’s no need to dress up; he would have wanted everyone to feel comfortable.
